Bushey Youth Drama Festival
The Bushey and South West Herts Youth Drama Festival has been running for 80 years in 2025 and is an opportunity for performance and friendly competition in Drama. It enables performance in a different space with different audience with balanced feedback from an 3rd party assessor (adjudicator).
Entries are welcome from any group or individual for short plays, sections of plays, monologues, duolog, comedy sketches mimes and improvisations.
We aim to be a friendly and enjoyable festival where everyone learns, develops and has fun.
Audience welcome to watch for any part of the festival which is from 4.30pm until 9.30pm
Tickets available on the door only. Standard ticket £7, Concession £3, Short term entry for part of the session £2.

The Bushey and South West Herts Youth Drama Festival has been running for 80 years in 2025 and is an opportunity for performance and friendly competition in Drama. It is currently run by a group of friends who have a passion to support theatre especially for young people both on and off stage on a voluntary basis who enjoy a curry while organising each year annual event.
